Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by easycuci (referred to herein as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Member," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Continued use of easycuci following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on easycuci, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. easycuci strictly prohibits gaming by individuals below this age threshold in compliance with applicable Malaysian regulations.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of easycuci or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be suffering from or at risk of developing a gambling addiction. easycuci encourages all prospective members to review our Responsible Gaming Policy before registering.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. easycuci reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members and friends.
• Immediately notify easycuci if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms or services.

easycuci will not be held liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — that arise from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adhere to the security obligations outlined above.

All bets, transactions, and activities carried out under your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you, irrespective of whether you were the individual who performed them, unless you have previously reported a security breach to our support team.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

easycuci supports a range of payment methods popular amongst Malaysian players, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong online banking. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account portal. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in your account portal. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and the outcome of any required verification checks.
• easycuci reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that is deemed unusual, including requests for documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into your account.
• All amounts on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are borne solely by the Member.
• Chargebacks, reversals, or disputes filed with your bank or payment provider without first contacting easycuci support will be treated as a potential breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

easycuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific offer terms and may be subject to minimum deposit requirements before they are activated.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotional offer page.
• Bonuses and free bets are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• easycuci reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Members found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or wagering on outcomes with minimal risk to circumvent rollover requirements — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for potential closure.
• Bonuses expire as stated in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account balance.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

easycuci provides a wide range of gaming products including sports betting, live casino, slots, esports betting, and boxing betting. The following general gameplay rules apply across all products offered on the Platform:

• Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are made available to Members within the relevant game interface or information section. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before participating.
• All game outcomes on easycuci are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing procedures conducted in real time. easycuci does not manipulate outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, easycuci reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Member's account. No additional compensation will be provided.
• For sports and esports betting, all bets are accepted subject to the applicable market rules. Results are determined by official sources, and easycuci's decision on the outcome of any dispute is final.
• easycuci reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any Member at any time, without obligation to provide a reason, as part of its risk management procedures.

Members who disagree with a specific game outcome or bet settlement may raise a formal complaint through the process outlined in Clause 14 of these Terms.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the easycuci Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hand information in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Use of Bots or Automation: Employing any software, algorithm, script, or automated tool to access the Platform, place bets, or interact with any game in a manner that is not manually performed by a human player.
• Money Laundering: Using easycuci as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. easycuci is committed to full compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
• Identity Fraud: Registering with false personal details, using another person's identity, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility in any way.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds across platforms in a manner that guarantees profit regardless of outcome and circumvents the spirit of fair play.
• Hacking or Tampering: Attempting to access, alter, or disrupt any part of the Platform's infrastructure, databases, or software in any unauthorised manner.

easycuci employs dedicated fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity in real time. Members are encouraged to report any suspicious behaviour to our support team promptly.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the easycuci Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of easycuci or its duly licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from easycuci.
• Use any easycuci branding, trademarks, or trade dress in any context that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated means for any commercial purpose.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

easycuci takes its commitment to responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a source of financial or personal harm. We provide the following tools and resources to support all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings to help manage their spending.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure reminders and automatic session time-out functions to encourage regular breaks from play.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they need a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion period. During a self-exclusion period, the affected account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the elected period has elapsed.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications remind Members of the time elapsed and funds wagered during an active session.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, easycuci, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a Member's reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a technical error.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or restricted.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

Privacy and Data Protection

easycuci collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

We are committed to safeguarding your personal information and implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. For full details of how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Amendments to These Terms

easycuci reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendments have been communicated will be deemed your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at easycuci.lat/terms-conditions.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws relevant to the jurisdiction in which easycuci operates.

In the event of a dispute between easycuci and a Member, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within thirty (30) calendar days of the dispute being raised, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the formal complaints procedure outlined in Clause 14.

easycuci's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account integrity are final, subject only to the formal complaints escalation process described below.

If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of our internal complaints process, you may seek further recourse through appropriate external channels as permitted under applicable law.
